Trainings

Through targeted training of the plant personnel of process plants, the plant efficiency can be increased and the operating life significantly extended. STEP offers customized training concepts that cover a wide range of topics in the field of process engineering based on the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).

In a first step, SAT performs a so-called screening of the operating personnel, an identification of job-specific knowledge, skills, interests and training needs. Based on this, the contents of the training courses can be compiled and adapted specifically to the individual training needs of the personnel as well as to the conditions of the respective plant.
In doing so, it is important to us to address the group in a targeted manner and to design a varied training program with active exchange and participation. Our courses include carefully selected programs that, depending on your needs, provide in-depth information on topics such as seawater desalination and wastewater treatment, project costing, and plant design and troubleshooting, building on previous knowledge.

STEP has a lot of experience in job-related training for operational staff, scientists and engineers. Through the courses not only knowledge is expanded - experience shows that the team spirit, motivation and satisfaction of the staff can be significantly improved.
Training courses include:
  • Subject matter, schedule and location as you choose
  • Content tailored specifically to your plant processes
  • Training materials
  • Preparation of operating instructions and manuals
